How the model works

The assessment uses five broad domains: Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Emotional Stability (inverse Neuroticism), and Openness.

Response format

Each item is rated from 1 to 5, from very inaccurate to very accurate.

Scoring

How to interpret results

Results describe patterns in self-report responses at this point in time. They can be useful as a lens for reflection, but they should not be treated as fixed labels.
