Service

FiveFactor Profile provides a personality self-assessment and an optional paid extended report.

Important limitation

The service is for reflection and personal insight. It is not medical, psychiatric, therapeutic, or legal advice.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter into a contract.

Pricing and payment

The extended report is a one-off payment (currently £1.95). Payments are processed by Stripe.

Refunds

As this is an instant-access digital service, refunds are not automatic after successful delivery. If technical failure prevents delivery, contact us within 14 days and we will provide a re-issue or refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is not lawful.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
